Taylor Bennett is an accomplished news anchor and reporter with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as a News Anchor/Reporter at WBAL NewsRadio 1090 and FM 101.5 since May 2023, Taylor previously held the position of Morning News Anchor/Reporter at WFYI Public Media from April 2016 to April 2023. Prior roles include hosting Comcast Indiana Newsmakers and managing editor/anchor at Emmis Communications Network Indiana, where responsibilities included organizing and producing content for a statewide news service. Taylor's career in journalism began in the late 1980s, with notable positions at WXIN TV, WLBC RADIO, and WAXT/WHBU. Taylor holds an Associate's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from Vincennes University.
