Silvy Santosa is an experienced Digital Construction Manager at Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG, actively involved in the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel project, a major European infrastructure initiative. Prior to this role, Silvy served as a BIM Manager/Specialist at BAM Infra Nederland, where management of multidisciplinary teams was key to successful project delivery. As BIM Manager for Willemen Groep, responsibilities included leading BIM initiatives and ensuring collaborative environments with external stakeholders. Earlier roles at SWECO and Grontmij Group focused on providing design and BIM consultancy, while initial experience at DHV Indonesia and Bumi Rona Megah Cipta Contractor established a solid foundation in engineering. Silvy holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Petra Christian University.
