Sarah Murphy, Ph.D., is an experienced leadership consultant and educator, currently serving as Principal at Murphy Leadership since March 2021 and as a Board Member at Wayside Recovery Center since August 2021. Previously, Sarah was a Principal Consultant at MDA Leadership Consulting from December 1997 to March 2021, specializing in Talent Management and Executive Coaching. Additional board experience includes a tenure at Minnesota Waldorf School from April 2013 to April 2015. Sarah's early career involved outplacement consulting at Drake Beam Morin from September 1995 to August 1998. Holding a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg, Sarah combines a robust educational background with extensive professional expertise.
