Barbara Hoy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Controller at Waynesborough Country Club since May 2019, Barbara has previously held positions including Finance Director at Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County from 2001 to May 2019, Accounting Manager of General Ledger and Taxes at Right Management from 1998 to 2000, and Accounting Manager at Rainer & Company from 1986 to 1998. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
