Matthew Mignanelli is currently serving as the Superintendent for the Hawthorne Board of Education since 2025 and has held the position of Director of Secondary Education at Wayne Township Public Schools since 2016. Mignanelli earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University in 2002.
