Brett Green is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Wayne State University since June 2020. Previously, Brett held the role of Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Autoneum, overseeing North American compensation programs and payroll functions. With extensive experience as Principal at Total Rewards Consulting, Brett provided strategic analysis and development for various compensation and wellness programs.
