Jonathan Welch is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Wayne-Sanderson Farms since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Manager of Engineering at Sanderson Farms from January 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing capital projects involving budget development, procurement, scheduling, and execution, as well as providing support for daily plant operations through on-site and remote problem-solving solutions. Jonathan's career began with roles as an Advanced Trainee and Engineering Trainee, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Mississippi State University between 2014 and 2016.
