Donna David has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving part-time in these roles at Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. since July 2010. Previously, Donna held positions of increasing responsibility, including Corporate Director of Human Resources at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where significant contributions were made in regional HR support and strategy development for seven warehouses, and HR Business Partner for KFC National Management Company, where leadership in HR was provided to multiple regions. Donna's earlier roles included Corporate Training Leader at KFC and District Manager, with foundational experience gained as a Captain in the United States Army. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, along with certifications as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer.
