Chad Schandel has extensive experience in the construction and HVAC industries, currently serving as Field Manager III at Wayne Homes since March 2015. In this role, Chad manages the homebuilding process from permit to closing while ensuring adherence to budget through cost tracking. Previously, Chad held the position of Field Manager II at Wayne Homes, also focusing on the homebuilding process. Prior to joining Wayne Homes, Chad worked at Hohler Heating & Cooling in various roles, including Lead HVAC Designer and Lead Trainer, and accumulated experience as an HVAC Service Tech and Installer from December 2001 to March 2015.
