Chelsea Carr is an experienced office manager and land technician with over a decade of professional experience. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Wayne Electric, Inc. since December 2016, Chelsea oversees administrative operations. Chelsea has also been with Noble Energy since August 2012, holding various positions including Land Technician, Lease Specialist, and Administrative Support, where responsibilities included managing contract and lease documents and setting up lease information in Quorum. Prior to these roles, Chelsea worked as an Administrative Assistant at Wayne Electric from June 2006 to August 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Sam Houston State University, and further education at the University of Houston-Downtown. Chelsea is a graduate of Oak Ridge High School.
