Brandy Phillips serves as the Director of Commissary Operations at Wayne County Sheriff's Office since October 2017 and also holds the position of CERT Reserve Deputy Sheriff within the same organization since June 2017. Previously, Brandy worked as a Department Executive for Internal Compliance at Wayne County Sheriff's Dept. from October 2014 to October 2017, acting as a Disciplinary Hearing Officer. In addition, Brandy was a Director at Paparazzi Accessories from August 2017 to February 2022, promoting affordable jewelry products. Brandy's career began as a Specialist for the State of Michigan from January 2011 to October 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2005 and 2007, and earlier studies at Oakland University from 1998 to 2000.
