Leticia Ferraro is an experienced Senior Learning Designer currently working at Wayflyer since August 2022, with a prior role in Sales Enablement. Leticia has a strong background in training and development, having held various positions including Senior Analyst, Quality, Training and Analytics at Wildlife Studios, and Training Specialist at Microsoft. Leticia's expertise encompasses curriculum design, training needs analysis, onboarding, and the implementation of innovative training methodologies. Educational qualifications include recent completion of a Learning Experience Design Leadership program from edX and Professional Certificates in Instructional Design and Learning Experience Design.
