Leo Connolly is a financial operations expert with significant experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as Manager of Financial Operations and previously as Financial Accountant at Wayflyer since July 2021, Leo has developed strong operational skills. Prior to Wayflyer, Leo worked at Deloitte Ireland from October 2016 to July 2021, advancing from Assistant Manager in Investment Funds & Aircraft Leasing to gaining extensive industry insights. Leo's career began with a 14-month internship at KKR & Co. L.P., where an intensive role as Operations Intern focused on Collateralized Loan Obligations provided valuable foundational knowledge. Leo holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance from Dublin City University and is currently pursuing certification with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
