Constantine Mitsios is an experienced professional in growth capital and investment management with a strong background in the health and fitness sector. Currently serving as a Senior Growth Capital Manager at Wayflyer since September 2022, Constantine previously held roles as Investment Director and Business Development Manager at Clearco from May 2021 to October 2022. As a Co-Founder and Head of Sales & Product at Oyana from April 2017 to January 2021, Constantine played a key role in developing a mobile application offering diverse health and fitness programs. Constantine also co-founded Compare Fitness, a marketplace helping Australians find and compare gym memberships, and excelled as an Acquisition Sales Specialist at Sensis, surpassing sales KPIs and achieving high customer satisfaction. Constantine began a career in retail at Australia Post and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
