The role

The Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for maximising the results of our sales and customer success teams through data-driven enablement strategies. Managing a team of revenue enablement professionals, this leader will design, implement, and manage enablement programs that empower our revenue-generating teams to achieve peak performance and exceed growth targets.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to craft a cohesive revenue enablement strategy that aligns with Wayflyer’s revenue and overall business goals and drives measurable results, by developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the revenue team.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. Use data to iteratively improve and optimize programmes over time.
  • Programme Development and Execution: Design and deliver impactful training programmes, onboarding experiences, playbooks, tools, and resources that directly enhance the knowledge, skills, and processes of our revenue teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proactively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, from the People function to the Product & Engineering teams, to understand needs, secure buy-in, and ensure the success of enablement programmes.
  • Training Delivery & Sales Coaching: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to effectively transfer knowledge and develop the skills of both ICs and Management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue enablement professionals.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, with 2+ years managing an enablement department or team.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated success record of developing and implementing successful enablement programmes within fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, catering each programme to the audience in mind.
  • Experience in developing and executing change management strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience in training on sales methodologies (Solution Selling, MEDDICC), CRM systems, and enablement technologies.
  • A deep understanding of the sales cycle and the needs of sales and CS teams.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive results within a team.
  • Passion for continuous learning and adapting to changing environments.
  • Proven track record of collaborating and coaching with Sales and CS Managers and Leaders to develop their leadership capabilities.
