Bo Shao is an advisor at Wayfinder and a board member at Lexin Group. Bo has also worked with companies such as Edovo, Fabriq, Evolve Ventures and Foundation, Parent Lab Inc., Insight Timer, and Zhaogang. Bo has over 10 years of experience in the consumer finance and steel industries in China.

Bo Shao graduated from No. 2 Secondary School attached to ECNU before attending Harvard University where they earned their BA in physics and electrical engineering. Bo then went on to earn their MBA from Harvard Business School.
