Rony Stephen is a seasoned product design professional currently serving as the Product Design Lead at Wayfair since January 2023 and has been the Head of Digital Experience at Farmkart since July 2017. At Farmkart, Rony leads the digital experience team, focusing on structuring commitments and organizational milestones, designing e-commerce platforms, and mentoring design and UX team members. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at BMO Financial Group, where Rony spearheaded user journey workshops and collaborated using a human-centric design approach. Rony's earlier positions include Product Designer at Jax Of Trades Inc. and UI Designer & Front-End Developer at ClientDesk Inc., showcasing a strong foundation in UI/UX design across various platforms. Rony holds a Post Grad Diploma in Mobile Application Development from Lambton College and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming from Mahatma Gandhi University.
