Moriah Scott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people analytics and global talent development. Currently, Moriah serves as Director and Head of People Analytics & Headcount at Wayfair, having ascended through roles including Associate Director and Senior Manager in the same field since July 2017. Prior experience includes a summer associate position at Deloitte and a significant tenure at Maxus, where Moriah spearheaded the Endeavour program, leading to a remarkable 91% retention rate for Millennial participants across 23 markets. Moriah also played pivotal roles in enhancing global intranet functionality and onboarding processes.
