Marin Cvetkov is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in leadership, quality management, and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as Outbound Operations Supervisor at Wayfair since June 2021, Marin has also held roles as Team Lead in Value Added Services, Wayacademy Ambassador, and Warehouse Associate. Previously, Marin worked at KMS Unternehmensgruppe from March 2016 to October 2020 as Führungskraft, responsible for team leadership and compliance with regulations. At ArcelorMittal from May 2014 to March 2016, Marin focused on environmental safety, executing studies on wastewater quality, organizing large training seminars, and managing workplace conditions. Marin holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und Management from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and a TÜV certification in quality management from Alfatraining Weiterbildungszentrum.
