Alexandra (Ali) Lynch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent operations, people analytics, and merchandising. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Operations, People Analytics & Total Rewards at Wayfair, Alexandra has previously held roles including Director of Talent Operations & People Analytics and Director of Merchandising. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Divisional Merchandise Manager at Sears.com and completing a Senior Leadership Program Associate role. Earlier in the career, Alexandra worked as an International Corporate Merchandising Intern at Coach, Inc., and held development positions at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and Brown University Office of Advancement. Alexandra is pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management, having also earned an AB in International Relations from Brown University.
