Carolayne Souza is an experienced professional in customer success and energy management, currently serving as Analista de Sucesso do Cliente II at Way2 Technology since February 2023. Prior to this role, Carolayne worked at Ícone Energia from July 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing energy management products for free consumers and overseeing the symbolic energy delivery process. Carolayne also held positions as Coordenadora de Gestão de Energia and Analista de Gestão de Energia, focusing on product development and market operations. Initially, Carolayne gained experience as an Estagiário, facilitating the migration of captive consumers to the free energy market.
