Tara A. Moore has extensive experience in operations management and project leadership, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Way to Win since February 2023, along with titles of Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at the National Skills Coalition from March 2021 to February 2023, and as Administrative Officer at DWORBELL, INC from January 2020 to March 2021. Tara also held the position of Operations and Development Associate at Public Knowledge from May 2018 to September 2019. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bowie State University (2014-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Bible Faith Global University (2018-2019).
