Mariana Aguirre is an entrepreneur and professional with diverse experience in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In parallel, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and practiced as a nutritionist at a private clinic between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana acted as a university instructor at a vocational training school, teaching applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
