Kevin Pierce has extensive experience in the mechanical construction industry. Kevin started their career as a Senior Estimator at Pierce Associates Inc. in 1990 and worked there until 2005. Following that, they joined The Brandt companies, LLC as a Vice President, where they handled various responsibilities such as sales, business development, estimating, contract negotiations, and proposal preparation. In 2013, they became the Vice President & General Manager at Way Mechanical, a full-service provider of mechanical and plumbing services.

Kevin Pierce attended Campbell University from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Trust Management.
