Paul Blackler is an experienced professional currently serving as an Impact Innovation and Agility Coach at PALO IT, where the focus is on leveraging technology for positive change through innovation and sustainability. Additionally, Paul facilitates workshops for Climate Fresk Singapore and Digital Collage, promoting climate awareness and sustainable IT practices. As a co-founder of Drink Baotic, Paul advocates for healthy communities through a dairy-free, high-fiber prebiotic drink, while also empowering women and schools in rural Gambia. Previous roles include Senior Ways of Working Enablement Specialist at Nationwide Building Society and Agile Coach at NatWest Group, alongside a decade-long tenure as an International Development Specialist. Paul holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in e-Business from the University of Liverpool and a qualification in International Wealth Management from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
