Lydia Choi is a Senior Consultant at Wavestone, specializing in agile coaching for banks since April 2023. Previously, Lydia served as an Agile Coach for the audit department at Dah Sing Bank from September 2020 to March 2023, with a focus on IT control assessment. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at 中國銀行（香港）有限公司, where responsibilities involved digitalization, fintech, strategic planning, and project management from March 2019 to September 2020. Earlier, Lydia was a Senior Consultant at 安侯建業, handling system design, process transformation, IT due diligence, and internal audit from August 2015 to October 2018. Lydia began professional training with an internship at KPMG in August 2014 and completed a summer student role at Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited in June 2014. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accounting and Information System from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed secondary education at Holy Trinity College.
