Joice Lana is a seasoned management consultant currently working at PEN since November 2023. Previously, Joice held various roles at PA Consulting from February 2020 to November 2023, including Principal Consultant and Consultant focusing on Growth Strategy and Life Sciences. Joice also served as a Specialist Leader at the European Medicines Agency and as Clinical Team Lead at Orion Clinical. Early career experience includes positions as a Clinical Research Associate at Chiltern and Tecnimede Group, as well as a Research Assistant at iMed UL / FFUL. Joice's education includes an MBA from IE Business School and an MBA Exchange in Behavioral Economics from Yale School of Management, in addition to a PharmD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon.
