Matalyn McCarthy is an experienced event manager and financial analyst with a robust background in accounting. Currently serving as Event Manager at Waverley Country Club since May 2021, Matalyn has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Event Coordinator and Event Planning Assistant. Prior to this, Matalyn worked at PayPal as a Financial Analyst, and at moovel Group as an Accountant, where responsibilities included managing the Accounts Payable cycle and preparing monthly financial statements. Matalyn began a career in customer service at Starbucks as a Barista and gained retail experience at Columbia Sportswear and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Matalyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Portland State University, obtained in 2018.
