Cassandra Yip-Lee is the Founder and Executive Director of Earth School Singapore, where efforts focus on environmental conservation through science-based education and action. Currently serving as a Venture Build Analyst at Wavemaker Impact, Cassandra is involved in developing climate-tech ventures aimed at significant emissions abatement and revenue generation. Experience includes roles as Project Intern at Temasek, Sustainability Consulting Intern at Accenture, and Sustainability Engineer Intern at MSD, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and clean energy transitions. Cassandra co-founded Student Energy NUS and has held positions in business development at YSI SEA and biologics manufacturing at Novartis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with double minors from the National University of Singapore and a diploma in Biotechnology from Temasek Polytechnic, complemented by an academic fellowship in Environmental Studies at the University of Montana.
