Shane J. Brophy is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health and Managing Director of Three-Sixty Advisory Group, LLC, Shane also leads Brophy Consulting, Inc. as President & CEO. Significant contributions to Phoenix Children's Hospital include developing its first strategic plan, executing a landmark Strategic Alliance with Dignity Health, creating a comprehensive Enterprise Quality Strategic Plan, and integrating a major pediatric cardiology group into the Children's Heart Center. Shane held key roles at Phoenix Children's Hospital, including Vice President of Business Development and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Previous positions include Vice President of Finance at SSP Solutions, Consulting Manager at Capgemini Ernst & Young, and Senior Accounting Manager at MedPartners. Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University and has studied at Richmond, The American International University in London.
