Daniel Holzhauer has a long and varied work history. Daniel began their career in 2007 as a Copy Editor for University Sports Publications. In 2010, they took on two roles as a Video Contributor for Macs MMA. In 2012, they became a Writer for NBA.com/Hoop. In 2013, they became a Writer/Facebook Admin for ThisisAmericanRugby.com. In 2017, they became a Public Relations Manager for Imperium42â„¢ Game Studio. In 2018, they became a Social Media Manager for DAZN. In 2020, they became a Social Media Manager for Professional Fighters League and a Community Manager for vidIQ. Most recently, in 2022, they became a MMA Social Lead (Haymakers) for Wave Sports + Entertainment.

Daniel Holzhauer attended Stony Brook University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
