Kelly Catherine Chapman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal & Chief Compliance Officer at Wave Digital Assets since June 2022. Kelly's career began with positions as an Investment Management Associate at K&L Gates and a Private Equity Fund Formation Associate at Fried Frank, along with earlier experiences at The World Bank and the U.S. Department of Justice. Kelly earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a dual BA in Economics and International Studies from Randolph College.
