Deandre Zimmerman has over a decade of experience in the human resources field, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Waupaca Foundry since October 2012, after previously holding the position of HR Generalist. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive personnel records and managing employee data such as earnings and attendance. Prior experience includes working as a Waitress/Hostess at Simpsons Restaurant from September 2012 to 2014, contributing to customer service and facility quality. Deandre holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Graduate Certificate in International Human Resources and Human Relations from Penn State University.
