Yevgen Poltenko is an accomplished project manager and executive director with extensive experience in leading humanitarian and financial initiatives. Currently serving as Project Manager at Watu Credit since September 2022, Yevgen focuses on providing asset financing to underserved populations in Sub-Saharan Africa. As Executive Director of Legal Development Network since March 2016, Yevgen oversees a coalition of Ukrainian NGOs that deliver free legal aid to vulnerable community members. Previous experience includes a significant role as Executive Director at Open Hearts of Ukraine Foundation, where Yevgen launched national projects improving pediatric healthcare and community resources. Yevgen's career also includes positions at PINbank, Noris Group, and the UA Ministry of Industrial Policy, showcasing a strong background in management, project planning, and organizational development. Educational credentials include master's degrees in International Relations and Nonprofit Management from esteemed institutions in Ukraine.
