Jeanne Lam is currently the GM Wattpad App at Wattpad. Jeanne has previous experience as the Head of Growth Marketing at Shapeways from November 2013 to March 2015. Jeanne is responsible for user growth via product & multi-channel marketing, which includes leading all of their SEO, SEM/ads, content marketing, education & promotional partnership efforts.
Under their leadership, user acquisition increased by 120% in one year and organic visitors grew at an average of 10% per month, nearly doubling traffic in one year. Jeanne also produced videos, visual and written content landing pages based on strategic needs and keywords, and managed infrastructure and meta data improvements across hundreds of thousands of pages. In addition, they managed and tested Google Adwords, Shopping, Facebook & display ads to increase paid traffic with 2.2x ROI.
Jeanne has also worked across Community teams, Product teams and partners to launch promotional partnerships (Adobe, Autodesk), content updates, and content partnerships (Youth Digital, Instructables) to generate over 3,000 sign ups.
Jeanne Lam attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their MBA. Prior to that, they earned a BS in policy analysis and management from Cornell University. Jeanne also attended The Bronx High School of Science.
