Irina Pintea is a Senior Creator Development Specialist at Wattpad. Irina was previously a Senior Publicist at HarperCollins Canada from November 2016 to November 2019. Prior to that, they were a Long Term and Occasional Teacher at York Region District School Board from January 2013 to July 2015.

Irina Pintea holds a Graduate Certificate in Publishing from Ryerson University, a Consecutive B.Ed. in English from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and a B.A. in Criminology (Honours) from York University. Irina has also obtained certifications from Camp Tech Inc in Illustrator for Beginners and Social Media Advanced, and from the Alliance Française de Toronto in French Level B2 (CEFR). Irina is an Ontario Certified Teacher through the Ontario College of Teachers.
