Michela Ravaglia is a seasoned professional in the architecture and sustainability sectors, currently serving as the Sustainability Business Partner at Wates Group since January 2024. Previously, Michela held positions at Mount Anvil as ESG-Sustainability Strategy Lead and Senior Design Manager from March 2022 to March 2023. Earlier roles include Head of NZC & Passivhaus, Senior Associate Architect, and London Residential Lead at Stride Treglown from October 2018 to March 2022, as well as Senior Design & Technical Manager and Design and Technical Manager at NU living between May 2017 and September 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Residential Design Manager at Westfield and Associate Architect roles at Rolfe Judd Architects and Planning Consultants and Stride Treglown. Michela began the career as an Assistant Architect at Studio 2000 Ltd. Educational credentials include a Master degree in Architecture from Università Iuav di Venezia and certification as a Passivhaus Designer from the Passivhaus Institut.
