Joshua Williams is the Net Zero Divisional Manager at Wates Group, a position held since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles at E.ON UK as Partnerships Manager and Strategic Funding Manager, where responsibilities encompassed building an Installer Network and overseeing the delivery of domestic energy efficiency installations across England. Previous roles at E.ON also included Retrofit Solutions Manager and Empty Homes Manager, focusing on improving housing standards and addressing empty homes in the UK. Joshua's career began as a Senior Consultant at Perfect Placement UK, the largest automotive recruitment specialist, and earlier as a Commercial Agency Surveyor at Bellrock Property & Facilities Management. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2012.
