Emer Gilligan is an experienced professional in the cosmetics and regulatory fields, currently serving as the External Affairs Director at WaterWipes since October 2018. Previously, Emer held various positions at Oriflame Cosmetics from 2008 to 2018, including Regulatory Manager and Product Safety Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with European cosmetic regulations and managing new product developments across multiple markets. Additionally, Emer has academic experience as a lecturer in pharmacology and has conducted post-doctoral research in molecular biology. Emer holds an Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a PhD in Molecular Biology, and a BSc in Pharmacology from University College Dublin.
