Nathalie van Nieuwkoop has extensive experience in the construction and project management field, currently serving as Projectleider Nieuwbouw en Renovatie at Waterweg Wonen since December 1999. In this role, Nathalie is responsible for the preparation, contract formation, and execution of new construction, renovation, sustainability, and major maintenance projects. Previously, Nathalie worked as Assistent projectleider at Alphaplan bv from August 1996 to November 1999, where responsibilities included architectural drawing work, building inspections, maintenance report preparation, and presentations. Nathalie holds a degree in Bouwkunde from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
