Joshua Halpern, LNHA, has extensive experience in healthcare administration and human resources. Currently serving as Administrator at Waterview Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare since September 2024, Joshua previously held the same title at Salem Hills Rehab and Healthcare from November 2021 to September 2024. Joshua's career in the healthcare sector began as Human Resources Director at Putnam Nursing and Rehab, where tenure lasted from May 1996 to October 2021. Educationally, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Oneonta and obtained an Accounting Certificate from SUNY New Paltz.
