Lindsay Boudreau, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Waterton, a real estate investor and property management company, where employment spans from June 2016 to the present, with prior roles including Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Human Resources Manager. Before joining Waterton, Lindsay worked at VIASANT, LLC from October 2010 to June 2016, serving in various HR roles including HR Generalist and HR Coordinator, focusing on the complete new hire process and applicant management.
