Rich Endersby-Marsh is a seasoned software professional with a strong background in team leadership and client engagement. Currently serving as Software Team Lead at Waterstons since February 2014, Rich focuses on developing a high-performing software team that manages multiple projects across various industries. Prior to this role, Rich held several positions at Waterstons, including Senior Software Consultant Lead and Software Consultant, where the emphasis was on enhancing business performance through tailored software solutions. Additionally, Rich gained experience as a Software Development Intern at IBM, where extensive validation testing was conducted on the WebSphere Cast Iron product using Selenium WebDriver. Rich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Durham University.
