Eduardo Echarri is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and consulting. Presently serving as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Waterstons since April 2015, and previously held the position of Managed Services Consultant. Prior roles include Senior IT Engineer at Computacenter on the Network Rail contract, as well as Senior IT Support Technician at SCC and Network Rail. Earlier career experiences include roles such as Network Support Specialist at Agilisys PLC and Network Support Analyst at VMSL. Eduardo possesses a strong background in delivering 2nd and 3rd line support, fault diagnosis, and resolution across various Windows platforms. Education was completed at Mariana Pineda from 1986 to 1990.
