Robert Selingo has extensive work experience in the mortgage and financial industry. Robert served as the SVP Secondary Marketing at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation from December 2013 to present. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, Capital Markets at Shelter Mortgage Company, LLC (formerly Guaranty Bank, FSB) from November 1996 to December 2013. Before that, they were a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch, Institutional Sales from 1982 to 1995.

Robert Selingo attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1981 to 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 2020, they also became a member of the Mortgage Action Alliance, an organization affiliated with the Mortgage Bankers Association.
