Bridget Collins currently serves as the Upper School Division Head at Watershed School, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Bridget was employed at McDonogh School for 24 years, where responsibilities included Director of Greatest Good McDonogh and Director of Character and Service. Earlier in their career, Bridget held the position of Director of Student Activities at St Mary's School in Raleigh, NC from 1997 to 2000. Bridget's educational background includes a Master's Degree in American History from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Education from Bucknell University, complemented by a high school education from McDonogh School.
