Lorena Pino Montilla is an experienced film programmer and educator with a diverse background in cinema and language instruction. Currently serving as a volunteer film programmer at FilmBath since 2012, Lorena also works with the Trowbridge Town Hall Trust, producing community film events aimed at cultural inclusivity. With marketing experience from Watershed, Lorena contributed to the Cinema Rediscovered festival and has been involved in Spanish language education since 2013, holding various positions from teaching assistant to language tutor. Lorena coordinated Faith & Cultural Awareness courses for Wiltshire Police and has an academic foundation in arts and communication with degrees from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and UCAB. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Curating/Arts at the University of the West of England, Lorena continues to enhance expertise in the intersection of culture and education.
