Louise Pilon has extensive experience in data protection and information management, currently serving as Functionaris Gegevensbescherming / Privacyjurist at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest since September 2023. Prior to this, Louise held the position of Functionaris Gegevensbescherming at Gemeente Westerkwartier from July 2017 to August 2023 and was an Adviseur Informatisering at Gemeente Noordenveld from January 2001 to June 2017, where significant projects included the development of the Gemeentelijk Contact Centrum and the leadership of the "Noordenveld in Balans" participation project. Earlier roles included administrative organization support at Ziekenhuis Bethesda and managerial duties at KPN Telecom. Louise holds educational credentials in Arbeids en Organisatie Psychologie and Privacyrecht, along with a certification in Lean methodologies.
