Tanja Beuling is an experienced professional currently serving as the Programmamanager at Innovatie Veenkolonien since April 2022 and as a member of the General Board and faction chair at Waterschap Hunze en Aa's since March 2019. With a longstanding commitment to agriculture and environment, Tanja has been a co-owner at Boerenbedrijf Beuling BV since May 1998. Previous roles include Manager at ANOG from November 2020 to November 2021, Regional Director at LTO Noord from November 2016 to March 2019, and various positions at Waterschap Hunze en Aa's from April 2000 to December 2016, including team leader of projects and process manager. Early career experience includes serving as cluster head of the environment at Gemeente Assen and regional coordinator of the environment for Noord en Midden Drenthe. Tanja holds an engineering degree in environmental science from Het Van Hall Instituut and has completed training in mediation.
