Els de Wagt has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Waterschap Hollandse Delta since January 2005, providing strategic support to management in various HR areas such as workforce management, compensation policy, and long-term capacity planning. Prior to this role, Els held positions as an HR-assistant and medewerker Algemene Zaken at Waterschap De Brielse Dijkring from August 1982 to 2004. Els has pursued a range of educational programs, including a recent completion from Moon HRM Haarlem in 2022, alongside various certifications in HR and personnel management from institutions such as NCOI, CPM Nederland HR Academy, GITP, and others.
